Thor Ragnarok - Film Review

Taika Waititi brings something fresh and original to the somewhat dead Thor franchise, which was more than needed. Chris Hemsworth brings strong comedic chops along with him, as well as Mark Ruffalo and Tom Hiddleston.

This is a colourful cosmic explosion of laughter, and gives its fans a radiant experience which may be the most hilarious Marvel film to date. But funny isn't all that inhabits this film, there is heart-to-heart between characters, especially between Bruce Banner and Thor himself. This film also succeeds on its scintillating action scenes which is a vigorous driving force throughout the runtime.

Thor Ragnarok is a laugh out loud riot, but also keeps its core of all the positives made by its original. A Marvel film that sets standards for its cinematic universe.
